Account deletion

To delete your SuperTickets account: sign in, open Account settings, choose Delete account, and type the confirmation phrase. If you own an organiser account, transfer or close it first. Deletion removes or anonymises profile and authentication identifiers, removes device notification registrations, and redacts personal or card-related payment payload data. Order, ticket, payment, and financial records may remain in anonymised or redacted form for financial, security, dispute, and legal record-keeping. Delete account (sign-in required).

Refunds and disputes

Prefer requesting a refund from the order in your Tickets tab so we can track it against the payment reference. If status is unclear, email Support with the order reference. See the Refund policy for eligibility.
