Terms of service

1. Who can use SuperTickets

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

2. Buying tickets

• Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦). Service and payment fees are itemised before you confirm payment. We do not hide fees at checkout.
• A ticket purchase is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms successful payment and SuperTickets confirms it. A result shown as pending or successful in your browser or app alone is not a ticket.
• Your ticket is a QR code tied to your account. Do not share screenshots publicly. Anyone who scans it first is treated as the holder at the gate.
• Tickets may be transferred only where the event permits transfers and only through the Service. A completed transfer changes which account holds the ticket.
• Event organisers, not SuperTickets, are responsible for the event itself (venue, lineup, timing, and on-site safety).

3. Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling

Refund eligibility follows our Refund Policy. If an organiser cancels an event, the Service starts eligible refunds under that policy. A buyer-requested refund is submitted from the ticket and reviewed through the Service. A rescheduled event is not automatically treated as a cancellation; follow the event notice and contact Support if you cannot attend.

4. Selling tickets as an organiser

• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before you can publish a paid event.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, pricing, inventory, and event delivery.
• Fees, payout amounts, and the payment provider are shown in the applicable checkout and organiser records. Payouts are routed through the configured provider after the required checks and confirmations.
• Accounts that run fraudulent events, sell tickets they cannot honour, or repeatedly trigger chargebacks may be suspended and pending payouts held while we investigate.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, including ticket touting at exploitative prices, scraping, circumventing payment or inventory controls, impersonating others, or attempting to defraud buyers, organisers, or SuperTickets.

6. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may delete your own account from Account settings after transferring or closing any organiser account you own; deletion removes or anonymises account identifiers while preserving records described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service responsibility and legal rights

SuperTickets provides the marketplace, account, payment, ticket, and event-operation tools. The organiser remains responsible for the event, including its venue, programme, timing, admissions decisions, and safety. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

For the Nigeria launch, these terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to mandatory consumer, privacy, and other rights that apply to you. Terms for other markets will be published before those markets are activated.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves or legal requirements change. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Where a change materially affects your rights or choices, we will provide any notice required by law.
