1. Who can use SuperTickets

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

2. Buying tickets

• Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦). Service and payment fees are itemised before you confirm payment — we do not hide fees at checkout.
• A ticket purchase is confirmed only after Paystack verifies the transaction server-side; a client-side callback alone never issues a ticket.
• Your ticket is a QR code tied to your account. Do not share screenshots publicly — anyone who scans it first is treated as the holder at the gate.
• Event organisers, not SuperTickets, are responsible for the event itself (venue, lineup, timing, and on-site safety).

3. Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling

Refund eligibility follows our Refund Policy. If an organiser cancels or materially reschedules an event, you may request a full refund of the ticket price and fees per that policy. Change-of-mind refunds are at the organiser's discretion and are requested in-app from your order.

4. Selling tickets as an organiser

• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before you can publish a paid event.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, pricing, inventory, and event delivery.
• SuperTickets deducts its service fee from each sale before paying out the remainder to your registered bank account via Paystack.
• Accounts that run fraudulent events, sell tickets they cannot honour, or repeatedly trigger chargebacks may be suspended and pending payouts held while we investigate.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, including ticket touting at exploitative prices, scraping, circumventing payment or inventory controls, impersonating others, or attempting to defraud buyers, organisers, or SuperTickets.

6. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may delete your own account at any time from Account settings; deletion anonymises your profile while preserving financial records as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

SuperTickets is a ticketing marketplace. We are not the organiser of listed events and are not liable for event cancellation, quality, or safety beyond facilitating the refund process in our Refund Policy. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our liability for any claim related to a ticket purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the ticket(s) in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
